If you are short of time but want to try some quick activities to help boost your mood and wellbeing why not try one of these

Cold Shower

Start a shower with warm water as usual, then for the last 10 seconds to a minute, turn the water to cold. This can invigorate the senses, improve circulation, boost mood and help train your internal fight and flight mechanism

Gratitude List

Write down three things you're grateful for. This simple act can shift focus from what's lacking or stressful to what is good in life.

Five-Minute Journaling

Set aside just five minutes to write down your thoughts, feelings and include what you're grateful for. This can help process emotions and boost mood and serve as a private way of expressing how you feel and helping get the thoughts out of your mind.

Sketch/Doodle

Grab a piece of paper and doodle, scribble or sketch whatever comes to mind. It's a great way to express and release emotions in a creative way

Stretch

Spend a few minutes stretching your arms, legs, and neck. This can relieve tension and increase blood flow.

Gazing Outside

Take a moment to look out of the window. Observe the sky, trees, or people passing by. It's a simple way to connect with the present moment.
