If there's been an incident at your university, it can be hard to know where you can for support and information. Samaritans are here to support you, and signpost to other helpful sources.

Norwich Samaritans Volunteer Marks 50 Years of Supporting People in Distress

The Push Up Challenge

Welsh Government Strategies 2025

In April 2025 the Welsh Government published two important policy documents outlining their strategic priorities for Suicide Prevention and Self-Harm, and Mental Health and Well-being for the next 10 years.
