Online Merchandising Volunteer at Southend on Sea Branch
Our Southend on Sea Branch is looking for a volunteer to assist with online merchandising, through eBay, Vinted and possibly other platforms.
What’s involved
Our Southend on Sea Branch currently has a small online merchandising presence that we are seeking to expand. We also have two shops and between those three merchandising routes we raise funds to support the running of the listening centre. The online and shops merchandising activities are overseen by an overall Manager, who is a Deputy Director. We want to grow our online merchandising team so we can expand our online presence and improve our performance in respect of merchandising unusual items and niche donations.
Time Commitment
We are interested to hear from people who would like to spend 3 hours, or more, per week.
Location
The role can be carried out at our recently acquired Hub, close to the Hamlet Court Road shop, or remotely. We can be flexible in this respect.
Deadline for Applications
The current Online Merchandising presence is embryonic and we want to grow this significantly over the next 3 years. We have plenty of stock in our two shops that would be suited to this route and will therefore be pleased to hear from those who are interested to help us establish and grow this channel. Previous experience is not required as we can all learn together, as a team.
