We know that people lead busy lives, fitting volunteering in around lots of other responsibilities, which is why we've set up Samaritans London City Hub!
If you're looking for a way to make a difference to people’s lives and can come into our Hub near Monument, Bank and London Bridge stations, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
We offer a flexible approach to how much time people need to volunteer for, and provide full training and ongoing support.
We're especially keen to hear from people who are:
- Interested in supporting people going through a tough time
- Open-minded and non-judgmental
- Able to listen without telling people what to do
- Able to commit to doing at least one shift per fortnight for a minimum period of 18 months
We are recruiting volunteers and are running all of our training courses remotely. We would welcome applications and if you would like further information, please email: [email protected]
We will be opening shifts on Friday and Saturday evenings in the future so would love to hear from anyone who might be able to volunteer at those times.
