Call Centre Monitor Volunteer at North London Branch
Our North London branch is looking for a Call Centre Monitor to help look after the branch and ensure that volunteers have all they need to complete efficient shifts within a comfortable and welcoming environment.
What's involved
- Ensure that the operational areas of the branch are appropriately maintained and resourced.
- Act as a first point of contact for re-supply and repairs.
- Order and receive supplies such as paper, pens, photocopying items, beverages and snacks, waste removal items.
- Manage the notice boards, ensuring relevant up to date content.
- Check hygiene standards are met.
- May be required to carry out other duties as determined by the Branch Leadership team.
Location
This is a remote role but would require once a week visits to the North London branch (Bounds Green, N1).
