Making a suicide intervention
The course is aimed at delegates whose job/volunteer role could bring them into contact with a suicidal person, providing them with the knowledge and skills to provide support to an individual. The course equips participants to intervene and engage a person at risk of suicide so that they are kept as safe as possible until specialist help or emergency services arrive. Course duration: one-day; 9.30am-4.30pm, delivered via Zoom.
