Conversations with vulnerable people
This course will equip participants with the skills and confidence to have supportive and effective conversations with vulnerable people.

Managing suicidal conversations
This course will equip participants with the skills and confidence to manage a conversation with someone who is having thoughts of suicide or showing signs of suicidal behaviour.

Building resilience and wellbeing
This course will equip participants with practical strategies to strengthen their personal resilience, enhance their wellbeing and prioritise their self-care to respond effectively to challenges in their role and environment.

Listening skills
This course is to equip participants with the six key skills for active listening: asking open questions, reacting with empathy, short words of encouragement, reflecting, clarifying and summarising.

Making a Suicide Intervention
The course is aimed at delegates whose job/volunteer role could bring them into contact with a suicidal person, providing them with the knowledge and skills to provide support to an individual. The course equips participants to intervene and engage a person at risk of suicide so that they are kept as safe as possible until specialist help or emergency services arrive. Debriefing conversations to support your team
