With intense and demanding workloads, it’s not uncommon for employees to experience anxiety, stress and burnout. In such high-pressured roles and environments, it’s important that managers feel able to support their teams’ emotional health and wellbeing.
Supporting Your Team will equip managers with the skills and tools to support their people and teams who may come into contact with vulnerable people or customers.
