Course: Managing situations with vulnerable people

Based on recent research we have created a course that supports a range of front line staff working within the retail or car parking sectors.

Course objectives:

  • Identify vulnerable people and situations.
  • Measure personal confidence.
  • Practice a range of communication techniques that can help to manage people in vulnerable situations.
  • Evaluate emotional health and how to respond with empathy.
  • Examine a variety of situations with vulnerable people and consider how to manage them.
  • Recognise the impact on all involved with vulnerable people.
  • Signpost post people for additional support.
