Face to face

We welcome personal callers to our office during opening hours. There are no appointments and occasionally if our volunteers are all engaged on phone callls you may need to call back later.

Prisons outreach

We operate a prison outreach service in partnership with H.M.P Winchester

Schools outreach

We operate outreach schemes to a number of schools and further education establishments in the Winchester area.

Listening service

Our listening volunteers answer callers via phone, text and SMS served by the national 116 123 call line. It is not possible to phone the Winchester branch directly.
