On July 6th Katherine Chambers is taking part in an individual triathlon to support us.
Catherine says:
"Because of the support that I have been given from the Samaritans since 2019 I have decided to raise valuable funds for my local branch by taking part in an individual triathlon on 6th July @ 16.30. I need to complete a 2.5km run, 10km bike ride and 400m swim. This will take place at the Oasis Wellness Centre, Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. "
