Norwich Samaritans is looking for a passionate and organised Volunteer Coordinator to join our team and help shape the future of volunteering within the branch.
Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. From providing emotional support through our listening service to supporting our shops, fundraising activities and outreach work, volunteers make a vital contribution to helping us achieve our mission.
As we continue to grow and develop, we are investing in a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator role to help us attract, recruit, support and retain volunteers across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and making a difference. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive volunteer experience, supporting people from their first enquiry through to becoming active and engaged members of Norwich Samaritans.
