Celebrating our 60 years in a Quizzical way
On 9th October 2026, Leek Samaritans gathered together family and friends for a fun Quiz night at the Foxlowe in Leek. This marked another chapter of our 60th celebrations, highlighting the great work of Samaritans across the Staffordshire Moorlands.
It was also an opportunity for volunteers to meet together in a social setting and enjoy an evening of fun and light-hearted competition. Our Quiz host, Ben Knight, created a varied and fast paced set of questions and we all tried to have "the fastest finger" in getting our answers recorded first. There were lots of laughs and even some "Singing?!" in the music round.
The winning team, pictured below, celebrated their success at the end of the evening.
