Samaritans of Farnborough host the charity tea tent at Farnham's Music in the Meadows
Around 600 people came along and enjoyed live music outdoors at Farnham's weekly summer event at Gostry Meadow. Music was provided by indie band 'Late to the Party' and the local mayor even made an appearance.
A team from Farnborough and District Samaritans ran the charity tea tent and provided a delicious selection of cakes and biscuits which were sold to raise vital funds for the branch. It was a fantastic day and we raised over £450!
The summer weather didn't let us down and everyone had a great time out in lovely sunshine in the park. We love being out in the community and meeting the public.
