During the first lockdown, John and Laura set up a Virtual Boxing Class open to everyone. A whooping £1,300 was raised for Central London Samaritans which enabled us to answer 260 potentially life-saving calls.

Celebrate your birthday

Ask your local store, church or community centre, if you can have a collection at the next big event, or host one in your workplace, school or on campus. We can supply you with resources and tips to make your collection a roaring success.
Organise a book club with your pals!

Cycling is an activity that can be done while respecting social distancing and physical activity is such an important thing to do especially in times like this. If you’re realising that you have clothes you no longer use or need, you can donate them to Thrift. Once you have selected Central London Samaritans as your chosen charity, 33% of every sale will be donated to us. More info can be found here

Give a car
