Samaritans is a unique charity that provides support to people who are struggling to cope.
From humble beginnings with just one phone line over 60 years ago, Samaritans volunteers respond to around 10,000 calls for help – by phone, email or face to face – every day.
To make sure we can be there for everyone who needs us, in the right way for them, we must innovate and respond to the changing needs of our callers, and those people who provide our life-changing service. To help us do that, we generate and use evidence gathered from research and evaluation projects to inform our work.
So that we can gather the evidence we need, we commission numerous research and evaluation projects each year, from large- to small-scale. If you’re interested in working with us, and you've got the skills we need, please take a look at the current opportunities below and send us your proposal. We'd love to hear from you.
If you have any questions about a tender, please email the contact person listed at the end of the tender document. For more general enquiries, email [email protected].
