On Saturday 18 September, over 570 people took on Dawn Walk for Samaritans, raising over £63,000 to date.
Go solo or get together with others and walk 5k or 10k while you watch the sunrise*.
Enjoy the quiet or embrace new conversations, wherever you walk, it’ll be at the same time as thousands of others across the country, in solidarity with those who are struggling to cope.
Get sponsored individually or as a team and raise funds for Samaritans vital work in emotional support and suicide prevention.
Getting outside and moving works wonders for our mental wellbeing and the Dawn Walk is a great way to start the day.
All sponsorship money received via your JustGiving fundraising page will support our vision that fewer people die by suicide.
