What is 'Brew Monday'?

The third Monday in January is sometimes referred to as ‘the most difficult day of the year’ but this is a myth – we all have our good days and our bad days, and those aren’t for the calendar to decide.

Help us bust the ‘Blue Monday’ myth by encouraging colleagues, friends and family to stay connected over a cuppa and a catch-up.

You can host your own Brew Monday event online or in-person, or even do something as simple as picking up the phone and checking in on someone you care about.

How can I get involved?

This toolkit is your one-stop shop for supporting Samaritans Brew Monday campaign launching 15 January 2024.

Get everyone together for a cuppa and raise money for Samaritans, to ensure that there's always someone there for anyone going through a difficult time or struggling to cope.
