Samaritans is no longer able to accept online referrals to our helpline.
To make a referral to Samaritans, please call our national UK helpline on 116 123 and speak to one of our volunteers. You can ask them to arrange for a volunteer to call the person you are concerned about. You will need the person’s consent to share their name and telephone number with us.
If you don’t have the person’s consent to pass on their details, encourage them to call Samaritans free, day or night, on 116 123.
