If you are struggling to cope, this resource can provide you with some guidance and support.
Everyone feels low at some point in their lives, but it’s important to remember that these feelings may not last forever.
Finding your way is a resource that can be used to support anyone struggling to cope throughout the UK. This includes those who have noticed a dip in their wellbeing, those feeling lonely or isolated, and those feeling suicidal.
This resource is focused on prevention and aims to help people identify when they’re struggling to cope early on, to stop them from reaching crisis point. It also includes self-harm and suicide safety plans which can be life-saving tools for people who are struggling to cope.
This resource has been designed as a non-clinical, accessible resource that we hope to see in a number of settings, from GP surgeries to food banks, and universities to job centres. We know that help and signposting need to be accessible in a wide range of priority places and frontline services in order to reach everyone who needs support.
