We retired our text service on 4th February 2020.
We're still here to listen, any time, day or night.
If you'd prefer to write down your thoughts you can email us or write us a letter. For a fast response, it's best to call us on 116 123. You can also talk to a Samaritan in person at your local branch. You can find out a bit more about each of these services below.
If you would prefer to text, support is available from SHOUT, the 24/7 UK text service for people in crisis, on 85258. You can find out more about their service on the SHOUT website.
Other sources of help are also available.
