How we can help
We support the Listener Scheme in HMP Guys Marsh, training prisoners to support others in the prison community.
Unfortunately due to Corona Virus we are unable to offer Face to Face support at this time
We offer emotional support by phone, email, and SMS, and also face-to-face at our premises.
We have a thriving schools' team who support both primary and secondary schools and colleges in Somerset & Dorset offering talks and workshops on mental health well being and seeking support. Contact us through our enquiry page for more information.

VOLUNTEERS
Listening volunteers spend three hours a week in our centre supporting all kinds of people who need a confidential, non-judgmental ear to listen at a tough time in their life. We talk to people on the phone, face-to-face at our premises, by email and by text.
We also have a vital team of Support volunteers who give their time to help with fundraising, publicity, IT, and committee work.
