If you feel something isn’t quite right and you think someone might need help, trust your instincts and start a conversation. You could save a life.
When someone is experiencing suicidal thoughts, a simple question and a little small talk can be all it takes to interrupt those thoughts and start them on the journey to recovery. Samaritans are launching a campaign to encourage people to trust their instincts and try starting a conversation if they think someone might need help.
