How we can help
We contribute to providing a listening and support service 24 hours every day of the year.
We regret that we cannot currently see people face-to-face, but will resume this service as soon as the public health situation permits.
We visit schools and colleges by appointment to give talks about Samaritans and emotional health.

Welcome to the website of Samaritans of Hillingdon
Providing support to people in Hillingdon, the surrounding area and across the country since 1973, we are a branch of over 60 dedicated listening volunteers. Our volunteers have over 21,000 contacts per year with people in distress or needing emotional support.
Normally, another way to get help and support is to visit us to talk face-to-face with a Samaritans volunteer, but we regret that this service is temporarily suspended. The times when we are open without the need for an appointment are given above, but if you are making a special journey, you may wish to leave us a message on 01895 255987 so that we know to expect you.
We are on the corner of Lancaster Road and Press Road, Uxbridge, about 5 minutes' walk from the Underground and bus stations.
There are signs opposite the bus station entrance and at the mini-roundabout in Belmont Road, near Sainsburys, directing you to our premises. More about our branch
