Cornwall Samaritans at Truro

Cornwall Samaritans took its first call nearly 50 years ago in March 1970. Our volunteers are ordinary people supporting those struggling to cope, round the clock, every single day of the year.
As a branch we are always looking for support locally so that we can be there, providing a safe place for people to be themselves and talk to us off the record about whatever is getting to them.
Our work in the community
As well as offering emotional support to people by telephone, email and face to face at Treyew Road we also reach out to support people within the community.
INFORMATION EVENING
If you would like to know more about becoming a Samaritan, either as a listening volunteer or helping in a support role please leave a message on 01872 222 321 or email us cornwall[email protected]
Currently there are no information evenings planned at our centre,
