Stratford upon Avon Samaritans were proud to attend Ilmington's Village & Horticultural Society Annual Show.
On Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August 2026 our branch attended Ilmington's Village & Horticultural Society Annual Show, on the village playing fields. It was great to take part in the annual show. The objective of the show is to provide a fun Bank Holiday and to raise money for worthy causes that benefit the people of Ilmington and local charities.
The show has grown over the years with many stands and a wide range of entertainment. Our stand had many visitors, where we offered confidential, non-judgemental emotional support to anyone who was in distress, whilst handing out balloons and fun gifts to our younger visitors. We hope everyone who attended the event enjoyed their day.
