THINKING OF VOLUNTEERING IN 2018

COULD YOU BE THERE FOR OUR CALLERS OR UNDERTAKE A SUPPORT ROLE USING YOUR EXPERTISE AND TIME TO HELP OTHERS ?

COME AND TALK TO US AT THE SWANSEA BRANCH

If you have some spare time, are  looking to volunteer, look no further, we need you!   We hold regular information events and look forward to welcoming individuals looking to undertake either listening or support roles at our vibrant Swansea Branch.

Our information events  give prospective volunteers an overview of the Samaritans   and an insight into what the Swansea Branch is all about from listening to callers, to our work in communities, education and prison programmes.  It will also give you a guide to volunteering as well as outlining the gold award  training which is provided.

Our next scheduled information event will be held on:

FRIDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER AT 6.30pm, at

NEATH PORT TALBOT CVS,

MARGARET THORNE HOUSE,

17-19 ALFRED STREET, NEATH, SA11 1EF

If you wish to register your interest as a volunteer or have any questions, please contact swansam.recruitment@gmail.com

Come along and find out more about our organisation and the work we undertake.
