Hello! Thanks for your interest in Samaritans of Great Yarmouth.
Since 1968, Samaritans in Great Yarmouth have supported the people of East Anglia and beyond whether they have called by phone, emailed or visited our North Quay branch in person. As we approach our 50th anniversary this year, we continue to try to be a source of local and national support to anyone who needs a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings.
Based in central Great Yarmouth, not far from the town’s historic market place and South Quay our dedicated team of volunteers works hard to ensure the branch is available to those that need a listening ear as often as we can be. We can be reached by use of the contact details above.
We exist only through the generosity of supporters and volunteers. Could you give three hours a week to volunteer with us? Whether you want to be there for someone reaching out for help, help us raise funds, provide administrative or practical help - we would love to hear from you. Please click here to provide us with your contact details and someone will be in touch.
If you want to support us in another way, we would be equally as grateful. There are so many ways you can support Samaritans! Please do get in touch with the branch to discuss any opportunities.
