Samaritans had a presence at Kilnsey Show on Tuesday 1 September, promoting our work and engaging with people from the farming community and others attending the show.
A number of shifts were covered throughout the day by Bev3, Helen12, Rachel3, Gene23 and Carol11.
It was a windy start, with a few adjustments needed to the gazebo before the display was ready for visitors. A teddy bear was also raffled, raising a total of £122 on the day.
Bev3 even made a new friend, Ben, who helped with the gazebo towards the end of the day.
Well done to all the volunteers who helped make Samaritans visible and available to those attending the show.
