If you'd like to make a donation as an alternative gift for family or friends this Christmas, you can alsodownload a certificate to let the recipient know how special their gift is.
Last year, Samaritans volunteers responded to over 10,000 calls for help on Christmas Day alone. This year, your support could help us answer even more calls for help from people feeling lonely and isolated as the festivities continue around them.
Volunteers from Macclesfield & District Samaritans will be helping to make sure someone is always there for emotional support over Christmas and New Year and your donation will help us continue to reach those who are struggling to cope.
To know that by simply listening I am making a difference is a privilege.
