Raising Awareness to Samaritans services at the 2026 Cruft’s show
Michelle, one of our volunteers at Leek, joined other Samaritans from around the West Midlands to raise awareness to the work of Samaritans at the Crufts show at the NEC in Birmingham. As Michelle says, in addition to raising awareness to Samaritans she was "having the best time ever" at the Cruft’s show.
This is an important part of the outreach work that Michelle co-ordinates for our branch. Later in the spring Michelle is arranging for some outreach training for branch volunteers, so that we can continue to extend this aspect of our work.
