WHAT'S NEW?
Are you, or a young person in your life, getting ready for uni or college?
We believe that looking after your mind is just as important as using it.
That’s why we’ve collaborated with The Positive Planner @THE_PP_JOURNAL to create a brand-new, wellbeing-focused, student journal. It's specially designed to help students navigate student life. Sales will help fund Samaritans’ life-saving work.

Support Our Branch
Our volunteers support 20,000 contacts each year and each call we take costs £5. We rely on your generous donations to raise the £100,000 each year that we need to stay open.

Real People, real stories
This campaign ran throughout March 2022 and aimed to promote positive stories of hope and recovery from men living in rural communities across the UK, encouraging others who are finding life tough to seek help by contacting Samaritans.
Helen took on London Marathon
