Some of our dedicated outreach volunteers recently spent time with some of the Network Rail team at Harrow & Wealdstone station, speaking with commuters and helping to raise awareness around rail safety.
As well as sharing resources and information, our volunteers were there to offer a listening ear, kindness and emotional support — reminding people that even in difficult moments, they are never alone and support is always within reach.
