On Wednesday, we were delighted to welcome David to Great Yarmouth Samaritans as part of his incredible fundraising journey, The Listening Walk.
David is currently walking around every Samaritan branch in the country to raise vital funds for Samaritans. His journey is as much about connection as it is about miles, and his stop with us was a lovely reminder of the importance of listening and shared experiences.
During his visit, David enjoyed a well-earned cuppa, some cake, and a friendly chat with several of our volunteers, hearing more about the work we do here in Great Yarmouth. After leaving our branch, he continued on to his next stop at Lowestoft Samaritans.
