The start of a new year is often described as a time for new beginnings, but for many of us, the reality of January feels quite different. A combination of cold weather, shorter days, and the inevitable pressure of the months ahead can often leave us facing the "January Blues".

It is completely normal to feel overwhelmed right now. Whether it’s the financial strain of Christmas or the emotions of family dynamics, you are not alone in finding this month difficult.

Eastbourne & District Samaritans will be at The Beacon this January and Brew Monday to offer support so come along and help us raise awareness for those struggling this January.

Samaritans will be at The Beacon on:

Saturday 3rd January from 11am
Brew Monday 19th January from 10am
Wednesday 21st January from 10am
