Who We Are

Craigavon Samaritans took its first call in 1975 and we are based at 162 Thomas Street, Portadown. We have over 60 volunteers and our volunteers are ordinary people supporting those struggling to cope, round the clock, every single day of the year. Our Branch is a community in its own right and reflects the diversity of the community our volunteers are drawn from.

All of the services and support we offer is provided by volunteers, and we are always looking for new volunteers to join our branch, and we run two training programmes a year. Please see the link below volunteer at this branch.

As a branch we are always looking for support locally so that we can be there, providing a safe place for people to be themselves and talk to us off the record about whatever is getting to them.
