Colchester Samaritans' very own 2021 calendar, themed on 'Staying Mentally Healthy', is now available to buy
The calendar includes designs submitted by branch volunteers who have shared images and stories of how they stayed mentally healthy during the pandemic and lockdown in 2020. Calendars are priced at £7.00 each (plus postage and packing) and payment can be made by bank transfer directly to the Samaritans Colchester account.
