Finding Calm Together: Angie’s Soundbath Session

We enjoyed a truly wonderful afternoon on Saturday 9th August at Vicars Cross Community Centre, where Angie kindly treated us to a calming and restorative Soundbath experience. Afterwards, we shared tea, snacks, and good company.

Angie offers these sessions free of charge, generously inviting donations to support the Samaritans instead. We are so grateful to Angie for creating such a special experience for us all.
