It’s 12 months since we moved to our new home in the heart of Marylebone.
In that time, our volunteers have answered around 40,000 calls, sent nearly 5,000 emails, held over 1,000 webchats and provided face-to-face in-branch emotional support on more than 800 occasions. We’ve also trained 121 new volunteers – so we're well set for the future.
We can be found at 13 Salisbury Place – just behind Marylebone Town hall – and are open for face-to-face callers most days from 9am to 9pm. We’re just minutes from Baker Street and Marylebone stations – and a short walk from Marylebone High Street.
Our phone line is free to call – and is there for anyone in emotional distress, who is struggling to cope and may be at risk of suicide.
