  • University Mental Health Day 2017

    Volunteers at event
    2nd March 2017
Two of our volunteers were at Bolton University today as part of a University Mental Health Day event run by the University. Thanks for inviting us, it's always good to connect with the local students :)
  • Minced pies and mulled wine evening

    Minced pies
    14th December 2016
An evening of minced pies and mulled wine was enjoyed by potential volunteers at Bolton Samaritans branch this evening! Goodies were enjoyed by all, as they found out more about how Samaritans work and what they can expect if they volunteer for us. There were also some more seasoned volunteers (excuse the pun!) on hand to give an idea of what it's really like to volunteer for Samaritans.
  • Christmas meal for Volunteers

    Christmas spread
    2nd December 2016
Bolton Samaritans Volunteers let their hair down and celebrated in style at their Christmas meal. Though of course there were still some on duty as Samaritans are there to listen around the clock!
