On the 20th May 2026, we attended the Samaritans Irl Impact Report. We invited politicians from Kildare and Laois to attend. A Minister, 4 TD's and 2 Senators attended from our invites. We met so many volunteers from Samaritans branches around the country, a fantastic event. Our branch takes approx 80 calls per day from people who just want someone to listen to them, about what ever is troubling them or causing worry. The majority of all callers are experiencing loneliness and mental health issues.
