We train prisoners to provide emotional support to other prisoners by becoming "Listeners" in our local prison. Our Prison team support the Listeners themselves on a weekly basis. They will also go in if needed to support prisoners or staff after a difficult event.

We are a group of dedicated Listening Volunteers who listen to callers from all over the UK who are in emotional distress. 116 123 is a National free phone number - callers will be put through to any one of our UK branches.

We provide talks, presentations and meetings with schools, corporate companies. businesses and any groups to share awareness of who we are and what we do. We also give tips on how to actively listen and recognise someone in distress.
