Our amazing volunteers were at Bridlington Spa Theatre last night (Sunday 22nd August) with donation buckets to collect donations after Sarah Millican's, Bobby Dazzler show.
Sarah is an amazing supporter of Samaritans and asks for the audience to be kind enough to leave a donation when leaving the venue.
As a result of her support the wonderful audience donated a total of £1078.95, these funds are vital to the running of our Bridlington and district branch.
This money allows our amazing volunteers to be there for people who need emotional support.
It can literally be life saving for some callers!
