This year we went to Driffield show as part of our outreach program.
It was wonderful to meet so many lovely people and being back at the showground after Covid. We met Hull Samaritans too which was awesome. We would like to thank our volunteers who braved the hottest period of weather ever!
The event was super busy and an amazing environment to be in with people from around the county visiting the show.
It was amazing to talk to so many people spreading the word of Samaritans and we are there when you need us.
Outreach is so important and plays a role in our local community by raising awareness of emotional health and letting people know what Samaritans do, how they can help and how to reach out if they need to talk.
