Suicide is the number one cause of death among men under 50 in the UK today. It takes more lives than cancer. More lives than heart disease. And far too many men still suffer in silence.
Nick had been struggling with negative and destructive feelings for some time, but never felt he could talk to friends or family. He finally opened up when he contacted Samaritans, and it probably saved his life.
