We believe that it is important to be able to talk about difficult feelings, and that being listened to in confidence and accepted without prejudice helps alleviate distress and despair.

Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.
