Samaritans offer confidential support to anyone passing through a crisis or thinking of taking their own lives. We offer time and space for people to express their feelings, helping them to talk through their options and find a way to face the future. We are not a religious or political organisation. We listen, we don't judge and we don't offer gratuitous advice.

Horsham and Crawley Samaritans has a centre near the heart of Horsham at 21 Denne Road, Horsham, RH12 1JE and Samaritan volunteers are available to callers 365 days a year on the phone or by email.

If you're in need of our support, you can normally drop in between the hours of 9am and 9pm (it's best to ring first but formal appointments are not necessary).

Alternatively, you can telephone or email anytime, 24 hours a day, throughout the year.
