Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair including those which could lead to suicide.

Anything you tell us is between you and Samaritans - nobody else

You can contact us by Telephone, Email, Letter at any time of the day or night. Eastbourne Branch in Bolton Road is open daily for visitors from 10.30 am to 10.30 pm - no appointment is necessary
