Stratford Samaritans have been supporting our local community since 1990. Our branch not only covers Stratford but other larger towns in the area like Warwick, Leamington, Alcester, Redditch and Shipston and the many dozens of smaller towns, villages and hamlets in between.
As well as listening inside our Branch we do a lot of talking outside! We have a dedicated team of volunteers who are happy to give talks to schools, clubs, groups in the workplace and other charities, however large or small.
Every Wednesday between 12 noon and 3.00pm, Samaritan volunteers are on duty at Warwick Hospital to offer emotional support to anyone who feels like dropping in to see us; patients, visitors or staff. Everything discussed during visits remains entirely confidential within Samaritans. You will find us at the crossroads between the Chapel, the Outpatients Dept and Nicholas Ward.
