We are ordinary people of all ages, who come from all walks of life and backgrounds. What we have in common is that we are good listeners and we want to provide confidential, emotional support to anyone going through a crisis in their lives and are not able to cope.

We support people from around the Rotherham area by phone and by face-to-face. We also support people throughout the U.K. through the national number and by email.

There is also a team of volunteers who visit schools, social groups and other organisations to talk about the services offered by Rotherham Samaritans.
